These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MobiName(the "Service") at MobiName.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and verify your email address to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to scrape, copy, or resell our datasets; probing or circumventing usage limits, authentication, or billing; reverse engineering the Service; or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
3. Plans, credits and billing
The core appraiser is free for registered members subject to fair-use limits. Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal and renew automatically until cancelled. One-time credit packs are charged once and do not expire. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and is not prorated. Because AI operations incur real costs when used, consumed credits and used AI allowances are non-refundable. Unused, unopened credit packs may be refundable at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
5. No financial advice
Appraisals, statistics and AI verdicts are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not offers, valuations of record, guarantees of price, or financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, and its datasets are owned by MobiName and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobiName is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
